My Question: Does laptop X have a serial port.

To find the answer: 30 minutes on website, 2 phone calls, ~8 phone menus, 3 people, 2 redirections, 3 times being asked for my "customer number".... and finally one guy who just said "yeah, it's got a serial connector".

Stupid big companies.
